「真愛無界限，陪您過難關」。大覺福行中心早於 2011 年正式成立「佛教院侍部」，於佛教界創下先河，提供有規範和素質的定期醫院心靈關懷服務。截至 2023 年，服務已推展至 16 間公立醫院，歷年探訪院友逾 55,000 人次。
為了給「過難關」的人士，尤其是病者及照顧者，提供一個溫馨且舒適的心靈歇息空間，中心住持、佛教院侍部總監傳燈法師及醫療作家、癌症康復者海倫，共同發願設立「心安處・靈性關懷中心」，讓有需要人士放慢步伐，並透過專業協助及各種不同的支援，關顧他們的身心靈，以助他們渡過困境的煎熬。
